This mid-century bookcase is designed by C.M. Varos for Casa Moderna and crafted in 1959. The defining features of this piece are the intricately carved elements evident on the front doors, resulted in a composition of vertical lines. A distinct characteristic are the legs that develop all the way up in a diagonal line. Nine doors provide access to the interior which is furnished with various storage facilities, such as drawers and shelves. This sideboard promises to delight any bibliomaniac or art connoisseur with an appreciation for Italian Mid-Century design.
Please note that this sideboard is in good, used condition with wear on several spots. Restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier.
