Pair of De Sede Armchairs in Black Leather and Steel
De Sede, pair of armchairs, leather, steel, Switzerland, 1950s.
Pair of comfortable armchairs designed with chromed iron base, which give the illusion that the seats are floating. The thick back and seat cushion provide an excellent standard of comfort. The bulkiness of the black leather forms a nice contrast with the clean, sleek base.
De Sede once started as a saddler's workshop in Klingnau, Switzerland. Slowly, the company widened their Scope and committed themselves to transforming the best possible leather into seating furniture. In 1965 the family-run business grew into a professional company and their name was De Sede AG. DeSede products are detail-obsessed with the main focus on the people who own and use them. Therefore, all the DeSede items are made out of the best materials which results in durability and comfort.
