Made from polished aluminum, the base features a concave structural design that is both elegant and sturdy. The base is defined by a graceful inward curvature that creates a concave profile when viewed from the side. Each support curves downward before splitting into four round contoured splayed legs, forming a cross-shaped base for stability. The concave shape gives the impression of lightness and fluidity, counterbalancing the solidity and angularity of the desk top.
