De Sede 'Pagoda' DS-19 Sofas in Dark Brown Leather
De Sede, sofas, model 'Pagoda' DS-19, leather, Switzerland, 1973-1979
This high-quality modular sofa designed by De Sede in the 1970s contains two regular element and four corner elements, making it possible to arrange this sofa to your own wishes. The design is executed in dark brown leather and is characterized by pointy edges that are noticeable in the shape of the back cushions. The body is surrounded by a leather frame, which underlines the clear structured design. Moreover, this piece of furniture is designed to provide an ultimate level of comfort due to the thick seating cushions and the very deep and large seat.
De Sede once started as a saddler's workshop in Klingnau, Switzerland. Slowly, the company widened their scope and committed themselves to transforming the best possible leather into seating furniture. In 1965 the family-run business grew into a professional company and their name was De Sede AG. De Sede products are detail-obsessed and are completely made and focused on the people who use them. Therefore, all the DeSede items are made out of the best materials which results in durability and comfort.
