Claude Vassal Pair of Lounge Chairs in Duo-Tone Upholstery
Set of two lounge chairs, in beech, metal and fabric, by Claude Vassal, France, 1950s.
A pair of modern armchairs in black and red upholstery. These chairs show an interesting combination of materials and get therefore their unique appearance. The base consists of black coated tubular steel. With the cross connection, the frame shows interesting lines and a graphical expression. The seating is L-shaped and upholstered in two contrasting colors. The beech wooden armrests emphasize the open character of these chairs and are a nice natural addition. Claude Vassal worked often with manufacturer Claude Delor.

With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
