Pascal Mourgue for Steiner, Set of six 'Biscia' dining chairs, steel, black leather, France, 1960s

Set of six tubular steel 'Biscia' cantilever chairs in black leather by Pascal Mourgue. These chairs have a very dynamic appearance due their frame of tubular chromed steel. An admirable patina is visible on the leather, which creates a vibrant surface and a striking contrast with the steel.
