Safari Armchair with Sculptural Frame in Patinated Brown Leather

Sale price£1,760.51

Safari chair, stained beech, leather, metal, Europe, 1940s

Robust safari lounge chair covered in original upholstery made of brown leather. The armrests are composed of straps that are loosely secured to the wooden frame. The legs show intricate carvings, which adds to the chair's refined appearance. The ergonomic quality of the leather allows the user to have a pleasant and enjoyable time while sitting on it. The leather developed patina over the years.

Please note that the leather is in used condition with scratches and wear. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftsman and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
