A rare and beautiful Art Deco cabinet designed by Parisian decorator Maison Jansen in the 1940s. On beautiful sculpted, slightly golden legs rests the cabinet. It is highlighted with parchment and rhombus pattern on both doors. In the center, a Faun's head is used as decoration as well as it is functioning as the handle. The combination of shapes and materials is rare to find and resembles a unique Maison Jansen design.

Maison Jansen, a name that is often mentioned when it comes to exclusive furniture designs. This renowned interior design business, Maison Jansen, was founded by Jean-Henri Jansen in 1880. Maison Jansen belonged soon to the top of the furniture designers of the world and furnished among others the White House, Coco Chanel’s apartment and Royal Palaces.
