Jindrich Halabala 'Spider' Side Tables

This elegant side tables is designed by the Czechoslovakian designer Jindrich Halabala (1903 - 1978). A suitable name is given to it's design; this 'Spider' model features remarkable curved tapered legs which creates an overall playful and quirky appearance. The square-shaped wooden table top is executed with rounded edges. It's size makes this side table a practicable item, for instance to play a game of chess, and would be a delightful addition to any Mid-Century Modern interior.
