Italian Set of Four Dining Chairs in Greenish Brown Upholstery
Set of four dining chairs, alcantara, lacquered wood, Italy, 1970s
These armchairs embrace the aesthetic sense of the 'Pamplona' chairs designed by Augusto Savini for Pozzi. This design is based on solely round shapes. The curved shape of the back is repetitive in the seat and the base, which contributes to the chair's simplified and clear appeal. The seating is designed as a shell that embraces the sitter wonderfully. Moreover, this semi-circular shape functions as armrests, providing comfort while still being eccentric and stylish. The design is also visually convinced by the brown fabric with a green hue that beautifully complements the off-white frame. The artistry of these chairs makes sure that it can be placed as a visual statement in the room.
Please note that the fabric is in used condition with stains and wear. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftsman and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
