Gionathan de Pas & Donato D’Urbino & Paolo Lomazzi 'Piumino' Sofa in Cognac Leather

Sale price£5,708.45

Jonathan de Pas, Donato D'Urbino, and Paolo Lomazzi for Dell'Oca, 'Piumino' sofa, leather, foam, Italy, 1970s

Jonathan de Pas, Donato D'Urbino, and Paolo Lomazzi formed an innovative design and architecture trio known for their distinctive blend of pop and Postmodern styles. Their sofa perfectly embodies this peculiar design language. Made entirely from moulded foam and enveloped in thick, supple leather, this design is a testament to both comfort and style. The name "Piumino," meaning "down," beautifully captures the essence of the design, evoking the image of soft, plump feathers gently cascading downward, with the luxurious leather draping elegantly over the form in a serene, downward stretch.

Kindly note that this item is in used condition and shows patinated leather with some differences in color throughout.
