Frederik Sieck for Fritz Hansen Pair of Dining Room Chairs
Frederik Sieck for Fritz Hansen, pair of dining chairs, model '3200', faux leather, lacquered wood, metal, Denmark, design 1962, execution 1967
This industrial clear set of the model 3200 chairs was designed by the Swedish designer Sieck for Fritz Hansen. The round chair has a classic outward curving toprail. The seat itself is round and hangs freely within the thin steel frame. Although the chair might appear light, the chair has a very solid construction, which is expected as Fritz Hansen always delivers high-quality craftsmanship.
Kindly note that the chairs are in good, used condition with signs of age and use, including scratches and lacquer fading on the wooden backrests. Restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized restoration is possible as well.
