1950s Mid-Century Modern Italian Sofa in Moss Green Velvet and Brass

This gorgeous sofa is an iconic example of Italian design from the 1950s. Organic and sculptural, this sofa is anything but minimalistic. Equipped with stiletto brass feet which are narrow conically tapered and, therefore, rest on a small end only, create a lightness to the design. The piece has beautifully curved yet sharp rounded edges. The tufted back forms an elegant curve which smoothly runs over into the armrests, and so do the upholstered buttons too.

Please note that the sofa is in good, used condition with signs of use. This includes a stain in the fabric. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier.
