Bertil Fridhagen for Bodafors Set of Four Dining Chairs in Teak
Bertil Fridhagen for Bodafors, set of four dining chairs, teak, fabric, Denmark, 1962.
Crafted in 1962, this lovely set of four dining chairs is designed by Bertil Fridhagen for the Danish manufacturer Bodafors. Dining chairs with strongly formed frames in teak. This design comes across static and monumental, a great fit for any conventional or eclectic interior. The olive green upholstery is a very nice combination with the rich and warm teak wood used for the frames. This particular chair design is a perfect combination of conventional elegance and Scandinavian modern furniture design. Perfect for an eclectic city interior, however, a more traditional setting would also be a great fit for these chairs.
Please note that these chairs are in used condition. The fabric exhibits discoloration and wear marks. The wooden frames contain patina and signs of use. Reupholstery and restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery and restoration is possible as well.
