Afra & Tobia Scarpa 'Benetton' Stools in Mixed Wood and Cognac Leather
Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Benetton, stools, oak, walnut, wenge, ash, Italy, 1970s
We present exquisitely crafted stools designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for the Benetton shop. These chairs embody excellence in every aspect—from form and material selection to composition and artistry. The striking visual appeal of these stools stems from their beautifully constructed wooden framework, which features a distinctive arrangement of slats made from various types of wood. This intricate design creates a captivating and unique pattern that draws the eye. The seat is enveloped in a rich cognac leather and supported by crisp-lined rectangular legs. This combination of design elements results in a stool that is both sturdy and graceful, reflecting the refined elegance characteristic of Afra and Tobia Scarpa's work.
