Set of Three De Sede 'DS84' Settees in Naturel Buffalo Leather
De Sede, set of three 'DS84' Sofas, leather, Switzerland, 1970s
Highly comfortable set of three DS84 sofas in light beige buffalo leather by De Sede. The design is simplistic, yet very modern. This model features a solid base with a bulky seat and a high back. The armrests flow over to the seat. The leather is stitched with horizontal lines in the front and vertical lines at the back. A tight and cubic outside with a more curved inside emphasize the comfortable character of this set.
The high quality leather is in very good condition and shows a subtle all over patina. De Sede once started as a saddler's workshop in Klingnau, Switzerland. Slowly, the company widened their Scope and committed themselves to transforming the best possible leather into seating furniture. In 1965 the family-run business grew into a professional company and their name was De Sede AG. De Sede products are detail-obsessed with the main focus on the people who own and use them. Therefore, all the De Sede items are made out of the best materials which results in durability and comfort.
