Lineart Moveis e Decoracoes, pair of lounge chairs, rosewood, metal and red fabric upholstery, Brazil, 1960s. Highly rare pair of lounge chairs with bended rosewood frame and extraordinary skeleton back, often attributed to Jorge Zalszupin. Four hexagonal shaped legs of solid rosewood support the frame. These low seated chairs have an open character and surprising combination of materials. The visible expressive grain on the rosewood gives the chairs a warm character. Please note that reupholstery is necessary which our in-house atelier can take care of for you. Our experienced craftsmen are experts in upholstering and restoring design pieces with high attention to retain the pieces their value and authenticity.
