Wim Rietveld for Gispen, 6332 floor lamp, enameled and chrome-plated steel, enameled aluminum, plastic, The Netherlands, 1955

This Dutch modernist floor lamp is designed by Wim Rietveld for Gispen in 1955. It consists of two arms. Firstly the vertical stem that is adjusted to the round base. Secondly the adjustable stem that holds the shade. Through a black handle the arm is adjustable in its angle. The yellow-colored shade with perforation holes can be adjusted too. An overall patina contributes to the strong impression of the lamp.

The lamp consists of a patinated coated foot and base. This holds the arm with counterweight. The conical shade is adjustable.
