Guillerme et Chambron, extendable dining table, oak, France, 1960s
This extendable dining table is designed by French designer duo Jacques Chambron and Robert Guillerme. The legs of the table are stout and rigid with a cross section for extra sturdiness. The top is rectangular with to extendable leaves. The leaves are 'hidden' underneath the top and this table could easily be transformed into an extended version to enjoy a larger example. The top shows beautiful graphic lines due the inlaid oakwood.
Please note that the measurements are for the extended table. Without extension the table measures 199.5 cm in width.
