Angelo Mangiarotti designed the 'M1' dining table for Skipper in 1969. On a cone shaped pedestal rests the round tabletop. The black and white marble shows a dynamic grain and so the design gets a natural and sculptural look. Angelo Mangiarotti (1921-2012) was an Italian architect and Industrial designer with a reputation to mainly focus on the needs of the users of furniture.
