The '205' chair is a design by Wim Rietveld and W.H. Gispen, manufactured by Kembo. The backrest features a playful, funky shape that embrace you when you sit down. The frame is made of enameled steel. The seat and back are upholstered in blue/red leatherette.

Kembo stands for 'Kom Maar Eerst Bij Ons' which means first come to us, presumably as a message to the Gispen company that W.H. Gispen had left in 1949.
