Rare pair of armchairs, designed by Taichiro Nakai and executed by La Permanente Mobili. This wonderful pair of lounge chairs have an open and elegant design with tapered legs and smooth organic armrests. The frame is executed in a warm and softly grained cherry wood. They are upholstered in a bright fabric with a subtle blue stripe. Nakai designed these chairs to be exhibited during the Concorso Internationale del Mobile in 1955.
